Eastern Hub is available for your next event, celebration, birthday party or corporate meeting or workshop session.
Event Room
The Event Room is a large spacious room with natural light and block out blinds suitable for data show on the 5 screens. There is a sound system for prizegiving events, fundraisers such as quiz nights and Housie. It is a great option for a corporate away day with access to the rugby fields, Eastern Canopy and our sports activators onsite. Please let us know what your strategy is and we can co-design with your goals in mind.
We have experienced staff on hand. The size of the upstairs licensed Event Room is 270m2 and is licenced for 200 Patrons.
Hire charge is $500 per evening function with the bar open. This charge includes all CCC alcohol special license charges. A bond and security may be required and that is at the discretion of the Manager.
Catering can be from our inhouse team or can be arranged to be brought onsite.
Please note bookings must be confirmed, and paid for, 25 working days before the event to ensure CCC licence applications can be processed and approved before the event.
Meeting Room
We also have a meeting room that can easily cater for 20 people. This room is furnished with table and chairs and measures 60m2. There is plenty of space to bring in additional equipment for your meeting. The hire charge for the meeting room is $150 per day.
OSCAR Room
This room is ideal for winter birthday parties as it connects with the Indoor Court.
The room has tables and chairs for up to 50 and measures 120m2. There is a small kitchentte with a microwave. The hourly hire for this space is $40 per hour. Suitable for 100 people. This is licensed area so can hired for private events.
