Eastern Hub is available for your next event, celebration, birthday party, corporate meeting or workshop session.
Event Room
The Event Room is a large spacious room with natural light and block out blinds. Perfect venue for corporate meeting, events or workshops. In a great location, with a short walk to New Brighton beach or Rawhiti Domain.
Fantastic space for your next fundraiser or prize giving with a fully stocked bar on site. We have experienced staff on hand. The size of the upstairs licensed Event Room is 270m2 and is licenced for 200 Patrons.
Hire charge is $500 per evening function with the bar open. This charge includes all CCC alcohol special license charges. A bond and security may be required and that is at the discretion of the Manager.
Please note bookings must be confirmed, and paid for, 25 working days before the event to ensure CCC licence applications can be processed and approved before the event.

Meeting Room
We also have a meeting room that can easily cater for 20 people. Customisable space, able to be set up theatre style or boardroom style to cater for more people. This room is furnished with table and chairs and measures 60m2.. There is plenty of space to bring in additional equipment for your meeting. The hire charge for the meeting room is $175 per day.
