Covid-19

UPDATE 3 December

EASTERN HUB

As a community hub, the ECSR Board has decided that all users and club members entering the Eastern Hub for any purpose will be required to be fully vaccinated and will need to be able to produce a Vaccine Pass on request to our team members, Board members or any other person authorised by ECSR.

The My Vaccine Pass may be electronic or a paper copy. By putting this in place under the Orange setting, we can return to full capacity within the event room and bar for your club events, which means you can move around to socialise and even dance if you want to.

Mask wearing whilst in the Hub is preferred along with 1m social distancing to keep us all safe.

If you are not well, please don’t enter the building.

 EASTERN CANOPY

As a sport facility, the  Eastern Canopy will operate with no vaccination pass requirement however the gatherings needs to remain under 50 people. Multiple gatherings of sport and recreation can take place at the same location if the groups always remain separated.  If necessary please remove spectators to keep to the limits, mask wearing is encouraged.

There are no requirements for physical distancing while playing indoor community sport.

If you are not well, please don't enter the building.

For more information on the My Vaccine Pass or the COVID Protection Framework (aka the Traffic Light system) please visit www.covid19.govt.nz.

Any questions please feel free to ask.
