Covid-19

Update 20 SEP 2021

Indoor capacities have increased up to 100 people per event space.

 Operating at Delta Level 2

With the additional requirements announced for Delta Level 2 we require everyone coming into the Eastern Canopy to do the following:

SCAN the QR code before entering or

  • Fill out the CONTACT TRACING form at the front of the canopy building
  • WEAR A MASK to your court and then on the way out
  • Use the hand SANITISER provided at the entrance
  • Use the arrows on the floor to keep 2M apart
  • It is a one way flow so please exit the Canopy at the end of the Astro court by the playground and shut the gate on the way out.
  • Net courts will have the beach end doors kept open so that we minimise our touch points
  • No spectators or supporters please – we need to keep the facility at or below 100 people onsite

Please don't make it hard on staff and look to follow the above requirements (no one really likes a rule breaker).

Everyone entering the Eastern & Ascot Hub is required to:

  •  SCAN using the QR code
  • Sign in and out via our contact tracing form (available in the foyer)
